Online Warranty Claim Instructions
- Login to your account or enter your sales order number and email address on your account.
- Select the item(s) and quantities from the appropriate sales order(s) that you would like to file a warranty claim for.
- Enter a description of the product defect, upload an image of the product defect in png or jpg format, and select the appropriate warranty reason(s) for your item(s) being submitted. Then click Create Warranty Claim.
- A Boombah Customer Care Specialist will contact you regarding your claim.
- Items may carry a 90 day warranty for manufacturing defects except as noted below.
- Closeout items are provided as-is with no warranty.
- All bat sales, unless stated, are provided as-is with no warranty. Detailed Warranty Information Here
- Pants are not warrantied due to the nature of their use.
- All customized garments/items cannot be returned. This includes customized uniforms, hemmed pants and special order items.

- Items will be repaired or will carry a one-time replacement at our discretion.
- Defective item(s) within the 90 day warranty will have the return shipping costs covered by Boombah if required to be sent back for review. Replacements are issued after the return has been processed. Boombah will require proof of defect.
- Items handled and/or damaged by a 3rd party are not warrantied.
