How long is your warranty?

  • Most of our products carry a 90 day warranty for manufacturing defects except as noted below. Providing the item shows no signs of abuse, we will replace or repair the item at our discretion. We may ask for your assistance in emailing us a photo of the item.
  • Closeout items are provided as-is with no warranty.
  • Unless specified, bats are sold as is, with no warranty.
  • Pants are not warranted due to the nature of their use.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Please login to our Online Returns Portal to initiate your return. If you need to make an exchange of a like item, simply place a new order with our Customer Care Team. You will be charged the purchase price for the new item(s) and shipping method being requested. Once we process your return authorization, we will credit your original form of payment for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund on your credit card if the purchase was placed with a gift card or other card that you cannot access. All returns are refunded directly to the original method of payment used at check out. We can provide you with a “store credit” for use with Boombah only.

When I return an item, how quickly will I receive my credit or refund?

Typically, refunds take 5-7 business days to post to your account after we process the refund. Some banks, however, may take longer to process the transaction. Please check your credit/debit card statement.

What if I received the wrong item or a damaged item?

Please accept our apologies. A Customer Care Specialist will gladly assist in resolving the issue. In the case of a damaged item, we may ask for your assistance in emailing us a photo of the item.
