Boombah Returns and Warranty Policies

Returns

  • All returns require a return authorization number which must be present on the outside of the return package. Please call 815-941-1431 during business hours to be issued an RA number.
  • Return authorizations must be requested within 10 business days after receiving your order. Return shipments must be delivered back to Boombah within 10 business days after the return authorization has been issued. Returns received after this time will not be honored.
  • Please return items in the same manner they were shipped to you. All items must be returned in new condition, in the original packaging and must be shipped back in a shipping box. If items returned are not within these conditions, the return will be refused.
  • All refunds will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns are currently processed within 5-7 business days after being received back to Boombah.
  • If you need to make an exchange of a like item, simply place a new order with one of our Customer Care Specialists at the time you call for a Return Authorization number. We will ship your new item(s) as quickly as possible via UPS Ground. You will be charged the purchase price for the new item(s) being requested at the time of placing a new order. Once we receive and process your return, we will credit your original form of payment for the purchase price of the item(s) returned back.
  • All returns for exchange will ship UPS Ground.
  • All sales are final for Clearance/Closeout Items/Cotton Apparel. There will be no returns or exchanges accepted.
  • Any order purchased through the boombah.com website Cannot be returned to any store location. No exceptions.
  • Customized items cannot be accepted for return for final color output not matching either the color displayed at the time the mock up was confirmed, or not matching other items ordered. At Boombah, our policy is to provide the closest color matching possible for our customers.


Warranties

  • Items may carry a 30 day warranty for manufacturing defects except as noted below.
    • Closeout items are provided as-is with no warranty.
    • All bat sales, unless stated, are provided as-is with no warranty.
    • Pants are not warranted due to the nature of their use.
    • All customized garments/items cannot be returned. This includes customized uniforms, hemmed pants and special order items.
  • Items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
  • Defective item(s) within the 30 warranty will have the return shipping costs covered by Boombah. Replacements are issued after the return has been processed. Boombah will require proof of defect.
  • Items damaged by a 3rd party are not warranted.
