Boombah Policies

Returns:

• All items carry a 60 day warranty for manufacturing defects except as noted below. Providing the item shows no signs of abuse, we will replace or repair the item at our discretion.
  • Closeout items are provided as-is with no warranty.
  • Batting gloves are warranted for 30 days.
  • The 2008 Beast Bat Bag is warranted for 90 days.
• Returned items must be in new condition including the original packaging. For instance, if you ship shoes back to us in the shoe box and it is sealed with packing tape, it is no longer in new condition. Please return the items in the same manner they were shipped to you.
• For closeout items, all sales are final!!! No returns or exchanges.
• All returns require a return authorization number. Please call 815-941-1431 during normal business hours for an RA number.
• Defective items must be shipped back at the customer's expense before a replacement will be issued.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. When returning a non-defective item for cash refund, only the item cost is refunded, not the shipping costs.

Payment Options:

• Personal checks cannot be accepted. Please use money orders, certified or cashier checks, PayPal, or credit cards for payment.

In-Store Pickup:

• We cannot accommodate walk-ins at this time. In the coming months we will have completed construction of our retail store and will be better equipped to serve you in this regard.

Shipping:

• Canadian orders will be charged duties, fees, taxes and brokerage fees upon delivery. Please order through boombahcanada.com if you wish to circumvent those fees.
• Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select And Expedited Shipping will ship same day if ordered before 3pm Central Standard Time.
• Orders placed after 3pm CST will be processed the following business day.
• Saturday delivery is not available and we only process shipments Monday through Friday. Next day service placed on Friday will arrive on Monday.
• Custom orders will ship via your chosen shipping method when the customization process is complete. If you choose a shipping method other than standard ground, this DOES NOT speed up the customization process. It will still be the same custom time frame stated in order.
• We only ship via UPS for Canadian and United States Ships. We will Ship to APO Military Address But you must call in your order. We DO NOT guarantee any post office shipped orders. Once we ship we will not give credit or resend for lost or non-delivered packages.
• We use UPS for shipping and UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. You cannot use a PO box as a shipping address.

Product Design:

• Boombah reserves the right to make any design changes without notice or obligation to incorporate these changes in products previously purchased.
• We do our best to match colors across product lines, but they may vary based on the type and texture of the material. If you have any specific concerns about a color match, please give us call.
