SCREEN PRINTING INKS AND PRINTING TECHNIQUES AVAILABLE
• Custom PANTONE Color Match (n/c upon request)
We can match any PANTONE color with our matching system. The PANTONE system is a worldwide matching system for colors.
• Plastisol Inks (n/c)
The most common type of ink used on textiles. They can be used on all fabrics and have a slight rubbery feel. Very durable ink and slight hand/feel of ink.
• Discharge Inks (n/c upon request)
A special ink only able to be used on cotton and some cotton blends. The ink actually bleaches out the color of the shirt and re-dyes it a new color in the curing oven. The finished result is super-soft and feels like no ink is on the shirt. It is 100% breathable printing.
• Super Stretch Rubber-Band Ink (n/c upon request)
Excellent on stretchy fabrics like cotton spandex blends, woman’s tank tops, anything that needs super strechability on the ink without cracking.
• Water Based Inks (n/c upon request)
Super soft feeling inks that are breathable. Works on cotton or polyester garments. Best used on light colored garments or when ink is darker than garment such as black on a red garment.
• Foil Print w/Regular Inks ($1.50 additional).
Max 12"x14" area per unit. In combination with water based inks and/or discharge inks, an adhesive is printed then a piece of foil is applied with a transfer press, making part of the design bright shiny foil.
• Reflective Ink ($1.75 additional per unit)
A product made by 3M that gives a very reflective application. Excellent for running shirts, shorts or anything to be worn at night. When light shines on it, it reflects light like a road sign.
• Puff Ink ($.50 additional per unit. 1 color puff max in addition to standard inks)
A 3D ink that gives a texture and a raised feel to the ink. Great for simulating embroidery or just parts of a design. Not recommended on large areas of ink.
• Metallic Inks ($.35 additional per unit)
They are fine metal flakes but in a clear ink then boosted with a color to give a shiny metallic look. Can be used in combination of other standard ink. Metallic silver looks like liquid chrome.
OTHER
• After an initial order of 12 or more, a screen fill-in order (quantity of less than 12) will be processed for a fee of $30.00. This fee covers the set up costs associated with printing your order a second time.

Custom Artwork
If you want a custom graphic made specifically for you, or you have your own custom graphic you want to use no problem. The pricing is simple and affordable.
