WHAT IS EMBROIDERY?
Boombah offers custom embroidery on many products. To embroider, we convert a computer graphic into a stitch format that is recognized by our embroidery machines. The embroidery machine then sews the artwork onto your apparel. The process of converting the artwork is known as digitizing and at Boombah we take great pride in our ability to notice every detail and apply a faithful representation of the image to your apparel.

Please note that there is a minimum purchase of 12 items required for all embroidery orders. For fill in orders, there is a minimum purchase requirement of six items. If less than six items are ordered, a $10.00 set up fee will be added to your order. These purchase requirements do not include Bat Bags, Bat Packs or Pack Sacks that are getting a decorated name or number embroidered on them. These items have no set up fee or minimum purchase requirements.

The mascots shown in the "Embroidery Graphics with Mascots" area can be substituted for any one of the mascots shown in the "Embroidery Mascots for Graphics Above" area.
WHAT IS TACKLE TWILL?
Tackle twill is the process of stitching twill fabric onto garments. Our embroidery staff will cut a design or lettering out of twill fabric and layer the pieces of twill on top of your garment. The twill will then be sewn onto the garment. This technique gives the image vibrant colors, depth and texture. Tackle twill is an excellent option for the team or organization that is looking for a truly classic look, as tackle twill has been used for generations by professional teams. Tackle twill is also a great option for teams that love the look of embroidery but need a larger than 4" image. The twill fabric comes in a wide variety of colors that match other products offered by Boombah. We are unable to create tackle twill images that are larger than 12" wide by 12" tall.

Customer provided artwork
For customer provided artwork, a $50 DIGITIZATION FEE applies. Acceptable forms of artwork for embroidery include CDR, EPS, PDF, AI, and Jpeg files.
There is no digitization fee for customer provided DST and PXF files. However, please note that no changes can be made to customer provided DST and PXF files.
SPECIALIZED GARMENTS
Boombah also offers specialized t-shirt options that are great for organizations, sports teams and spiritwear. Any of the specialized garment options listed below will look great on its own, but they can be combined with each other, screen printing, embroidery or tackle twill for a truly unique effect.
TORN TACKLE
Torn Tackle is a similar process to tackle twill. The embroidery department will sew an image that has been cut out of our t-shirt fabric onto a crew tee.
BOOMBAH REVERSE TEE
The BOOMBAH REVERSE TEE is created using a crew t-shirt. The embroidery staff will cut an image out of the fabric of a crew t-shirt and another layer of fabric will be sewn underneath the cutout to the inside of the t-shirt, an effect that adds extra color and depth to the shirt.
Specialized garment pricing
As each specialized garment might vary slightly in design, materials used, labor and technique used, these orders will be priced on an individual basis.
