Sublimation:
A
heat application that dyes ink artwork into light-colored garments. Sublimated garments
are fade resistant, light-weight, offer limitless color options of logos,
and
give room to showcase sponsors and player names.
Fusion (Vinyl Heat Transfer): A heat application which transfers artwork onto light or dark colored garments.
Principally similar to screen printing, but it is a lighter application and
offers more flexibility with artwork such as no restrictions on colors or the
amount of colors used. Basically it is used in place of Sublimation when the
application is to a dark color.
Embroidery: Taking digitized (converting
artwork into embroidery software) artwork and machine sewing logos, numbers or team
names onto garments or equipment. Embroidery is offered in a variety of colors matching
Boombah products. A 3D option is also available for hats and visors.
Tackle Twill: Also known as appliqué, which involves twill fabrics being stitched onto garments
to create more depth for logos, numbers and lettering. Tackle Twill is offered
in a variety of colors matching Boombah products.
Screen Printing: Also known as silk screening, transfers logo designs to dark or light-colored garments
via a stencil silk screen. Logo designs typically consist of one to four colors
each.

Sublimation can only be applied to
the colors White, Gray, Vegas Gold, and Columbia Blue.
Sublimation is a process we use to chemically dye light colored polyester
garments which will create a brilliant design unmatched by any other process. We then use a timed heat application that guarantees a bright,
long lasting, fade resistant product that really stands out. Also, unlike other
processes where there are limited color selections, sublimation has no limits. There
are literally hundreds of color combinations available at no extra cost.
Custom Dye Sublimation can be used for more than just softball jerseys. We have created them for the likes of soccer, fishing, bowling, volleyball, and golf teams.

printing for darker colored garments. Principally similar to screen printing, but is a lighter application with the
same amount of resilience as screen printing. Fusion is offered now with many
of the options that the screen printing could not satisfy; i.e. individual names
on the back of the shirts, sleeve logos, no limits on color options, minimal
shrinking, and fill-in orders with no minimum.

To order screen print you must have a minimum of 35 shirts or more on
your initial order and a minimum of 10 shirts on a re-order. There will be a

Design:
A Designer will contact you for a logo consultation.
Your Contact will receive 1 Logo Creation & 2 Revisions for approval via email.
(Each additional revision $25).
Upon approval of your logo, production will then begin.
Important! In order to ensure a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction with our logo designs, customers are required to send us a confirmation e-mail approving the logo design. Phone approvals alone are not acceptable and we will not proceed with the Sublimation, Screen Printing or Embroidery process until written approval has been received.
Production:
Upon approval of artwork: A.) NO changes can be made to your order; B.) You
should receive your order within the current lead times specified.
Once this stage has been started, NO revisions can be made to your order.
Team information will be kept on file for future use.
Shipping:
Orders will be shipped upon completion of payment due.
Back Ordered items will delay shipping of entire order, but in-stock items may
be shipped when completed. Please specify if applicable.
During times of High Volume, customized garments and equipment may take up to 2-4
weeks to ship.
